Photos or Visual Data – photos taken for proof of work, quality control, or damage documentation. Any photos used for marketing are published only with your explicit consent.

Keys are stored securely in a locked cabinet or key-safe, labelled only with anonymous codes (never addresses).
Codes are shared only with authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
All access information is securely deleted or updated once services end.
7. Sharing Your Data
We never sell or rent your information. We may share limited data with trusted third parties such as:
Accountants or bookkeeping services (for financial compliance)
Payment processors or banks
Website hosting and email providers (e.g., Wix, Google Workspace)

This can happen when we use well-known service providers such as Wix (website host), Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (email and cloud storage), or similar business tools. These companies are carefully chosen because they meet strict security and privacy standards.
Whenever your data is transferred or stored outside the UK, FreskaClean ensures that:
The country has been approved by the UK Government as providing adequate data protection; or
The provider has signed Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legal safeguards recognised under UK GDPR.

If a client shares footage with us (for example, to review a complaint or incident), we will only use it for that specific purpose, store it securely, and delete it once the matter is resolved.
We also inform our staff that they may occasionally be recorded when working in properties that have CCTV or doorbell cameras. FreskaClean handles any shared footage responsibly and in line with data protection law to protect both clients and staff.

Our website may include links to other sites. FreskaClean is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

Welcome to FreskaClean. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules and expectations for using our cleaning services.
By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us

FreskaClean provides professional domestic, commercial, and specialist cleaning services including Airbnb, HMO, end-of-tenancy, and after-build cleans.
2. Bookings and Quotes
All booking enquiries can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
New clients receive a free assessment and quote before confirming services.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Prices may be adjusted if additional work or time is required.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing (email or message).
We reserve the right to decline any booking request if circumstances make it unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Payments
Payment details will be agreed upon before work begins.
Invoices are typically due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments should be made by bank transfer into FreskaClean’s business account or through any approved method specified on the invoice.
Late payments may incur a £10 late fee after the due date.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if outstanding payments remain unpaid after repeated reminders.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged at 50% of the booking cost.
If our team arrives and cannot gain access to the property (for example, due to locked doors or missing keys), the full service fee may still apply.
If FreskaClean needs to cancel a booking (e.g., due to illness, vehicle issues, or emergencies), clients will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
5. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
Entry instructions, key codes, or keys must be provided securely and treated confidentially.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that pets, valuables, and breakable items are secure during the service.
FreskaClean will return any physical keys immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed.
6. Health, Safety, and Working Conditions
FreskaClean’s staff are DBS-checked, trained, and fully insured.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (for example, hazardous waste, infestation, or aggressive behaviour).
Clients must inform us of any known health risks, allergies, or access concerns before work begins.
All cleaning products and equipment used are professional-grade and safe when used correctly.
7. Our Liability
FreskaClean holds full Public Liability Insurance covering accidental damage or injury caused during our services.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in property or furnishings.
Items of high or sentimental value that have not been declared prior to the clean.
Damage caused by poor condition, faulty fittings, or non-standard materials.
Clients must notify us of any complaint or issue within 24 hours of service completion.
Where a valid claim is accepted, FreskaClean may offer a repair, replacement, or reasonable compensation at our discretion.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about the property, service needs, and access.
Ensure running water and electricity are available on site.
Store valuables, jewellery, and confidential materials safely.
Notify FreskaClean promptly of any changes, special requirements, or cancellations.
Treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal data only as necessary to provide our services.
All client and staff information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy available on our website.
10. Complaints and Feedback
FreskaClean values client feedback and aims to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Any complaint must be raised in writing to info@freskaclean.co.uk
within 48 hours of the completed service.
We may request evidence (such as photos) to support a complaint or claim.
Where applicable, we will offer re-cleaning or partial refunds at our discretion after fair investigation.
11. Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service and contact us within 48 hours, we will review your complaint and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean or a partial/full refund.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made without sufficient notice or for access issues caused by the client.
All refunds are processed using the original payment method.
12. Insurance and Accidents
FreskaClean maintains Public Liability and Employer’s Liability Insurance for your protection and ours.
Any incidents or damage claims must be reported to FreskaClean within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
Proof of insurance can be provided on request.
13. Staff and Conduct
Our staff are carefully vetted, DBS-checked, and trained to uphold the highest professional standards.
Clients must not solicit, hire, or offer direct employment to any FreskaClean cleaner without prior written consent from FreskaClean.
Any attempt to bypass FreskaClean and engage staff privately may result in a fee equal to two months’ average service cost.
14. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
FreskaClean shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, illness, transport breakdown, or government restrictions.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to These Terms
FreskaClean may update these Terms periodically to reflect service changes or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on our website and will include an updated “Last updated” date.
